SMILE MAKEOVER WITH CERAMIC CROWNS
Patient is always in public and conscientious with her smile. Patient did not like her short, boxy, yellow stained front teeth. After evaluating her bite, we were able to predictably restore her upper teeth with beautiful ceramic crowns that matched her beautiful personality.
SMILE MAKEOVER
The patient always wanted to have a better smile growing up and was always uncomfortable when in front of his patients. His bite is in ideal position so we opted for ten upper ceramic veneers.

SMILE MAKEOVER WITH BITE RESTORATION
Patient has had a long history of severe tooth wear, fractured teeth, discolored teeth, multiple fillings and crowns. Because of this, his upper teeth were no longer visible when he naturally smiled. He wanted a white, bright smile. Due to his non- ideal bite, we were limited in performing the most ideal, predictable, and long term restorations. After bite corrections from orthodontic treatment, we were able to restore patient’s full mouth to a more stable bite, better reveal, and whiter teeth reflecting a more youthful smile.
VENEERS FOR SPACE CLOSURE
Patient fractured the edges of the two front teeth. Patient noticed that the edge fractures continue to get larger and thinner. Patient also wanted to lighten the teeth and close the space between them. Options were presented and ceramic veneers were fabricated and delivered.

MATCHING ADJACENT TEETH NATURALLY WITH CERAMIC CROWNS
Cavities and failing fractured teeth and fillings resulted in restoring this patient’s upper four front teeth. Patient did not want to involve the canines to the left and right of these four front teeth because she was happy with the current shade and wanted natural looking new ceramic crowns to match the color of her adjacent teeth. We did just that and also corrected the horizontal plane so that the new crowns complement her smile line.
SMILE MAKEOVER WITH GUM AND BONE CORRECTIVE SURGERY
Patient lost an upper right front tooth many, many years ago and resulted in a severe bony and gum defect. Corrective surgery was performed via bone and gum grafting. After healing, definitive ceramic bridges and single unit crowns were fabricated and delivered.

SMILE MAKEOVER WITH BITE RESTORATION
Patient wanted to address sensitivity and defects due to multifactorial etiologies. These factors can include parafunctional habits (grinding or clenching), abrasive brushing, chemical wear such as sucking on lime or lemon, and worsening bite due to wear. Treatment modalities include bite guards/bite appliance, bite equilibration, modifying habits (brushing), and bonding or ceramic procedures. For this particular case, bonding was performed to correct the defects, eliminate root sensitivity, addressed abrasive brushing technique, and prescribing a bite appliance.

CERAMIC CROWNS FOR EXCESSIVE WEAR
Patient wanted to have whiter teeth, eliminate flossing cavities, and correct her short teeth due to excessive wear overtime. Bite was corrected with the new ceramic crowns as well to eliminate abnormal excessive edge to edge tooth wear.
VENEERS
The patient did not like the translucent, thin, jagged biting edges of her teeth. The patient also wanted whiter teeth with a more natural, translucent shade. Orthodontic treatment was needed to create optimal space for the ceramic restorations. The ortho treatment allowed us to deliver a more conservative treatment approach. In this case, six upper front ceramic veneers were bonded to her natural teeth.

CROWNS FOR FRACTURED TEETH AND FIXING THE BLACK TRIANGLE
Patient had increasing and deepening vertical fractures on the face of the two front teeth. Patient wanted to protect the teeth from splitting and losing them. Patient also wanted to close the space between the two front teeth and to eliminate the “black triangles” near the gumline which keeps packing food. Patient also wanted to make sure the teeth have similar surface characterization as her adjacent natural teeth to make them look natural. Patient opted to go slightly lighter shade to allow for future whitening (bleaching) of the adjacent natural teeth.
BRIDGE FOR MISSING TOOTH
Patient lost an upper front tooth. Cavity is present on the upper right canine(yellow in the photo). Patient opted for a 3-unit porcelain bridge, and also to correct the current crowns to his upper left due to recurrent cavities on under the old crowns. Patient also wanted a lighter shade ceramics to complement his bright personality. We also corrected the horizontal and vertical cant so when the patient smiles, it is perfectly straight and even.
